Who operates MyPathPlan
These Terms govern your use of MyPathPlan. For who operates MyPathPlan and how to reach us with privacy or data questions, see the Controller and contact section of our Privacy Notice.
Eligibility
MyPathPlan is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please let us know promptly at privacy@mypathplan.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Accurate information and lawful use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use MyPathPlan only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
Responsibility for your CV and uploaded content
You are responsible for the content of any CV or other material you upload or enter into MyPathPlan, including ensuring you have the right to share it and that it does not contain information about anyone other than yourself that you are not entitled to share.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use MyPathPlan to upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, misrepresent your identity, or use the service in a way that could harm MyPathPlan or other users.
AI-assisted output is informational only
MyPathPlan's AI-assisted features (including CV extraction, skill-gap analysis, roadmap, and progress-evaluation content) are informational and planning aids only. They do not guarantee any employment outcome, interview, promotion, admission, or certification, and they are not legal, financial, medical, immigration, or other professional advice. You should review and use your own judgment about any AI-assisted output before relying on it.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload or enter into MyPathPlan (such as your CV content and Profile information). By using the service, you grant MyPathPlan only the limited permission needed to process that content in order to provide the service to you. MyPathPlan and its operator retain all rights in the MyPathPlan software, design, branding, and other original materials.
Third-party services and links
MyPathPlan relies on third-party service providers (described in our Privacy Notice) to operate. MyPathPlan may also reference or link to third-party websites or resources we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Service availability and changes
MyPathPlan is currently offered as a limited beta service. Features, availability, and content may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MyPathPlan for a user we reasonably believe is abusing the service, attempting to compromise its security, or violating these Terms.
Account deletion
A self-service account-deletion feature is being introduced but is not yet available in the product. Until it is, please contact privacy@mypathplan.com to request deletion of your account.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
MyPathPlan is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those which cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPathPlan and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, including statutory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. A new version will carry a new version identifier and effective date. If you have an account, we will ask you to accept a materially updated version before you continue using MyPathPlan.
